Who was Charlie?
“Charlie” is you and me, us the “Proletariat”!
No actually, Charlie was a work persona for a work that doesn’t exist anymore.Charlie had many great adventures and experiences that he would love to share with you!

Charlie started as a guy who enters delivery orders to TMS (back then company was using Profit Tools). Then Charlie learned how to invoice loads, then how to dispatch trucks per loads and also how to manage people’s expectations. Expectations of whom you might ask, well expectation of brokers, traders, forwarders, truck drivers, warehouse managers, supply chain managers, company’s own employees, employees working in US and employees working in Turkey for US. You can add in all other service providers that come and go to an office. What sets Charlie different was his age and amount of responsibilities that he undertook. You can also throw in whole migration project from one Transportation management system to another, which was a painful endevor since none bothered to really give their time and effort to it. You can add in BOT project we have accomplished, that was suppose to read every type of documant it was receving and create orders for them in company system, this was pre-ChatGpt remind you, so we ended up with a really good working BOT instead.
Charlie started it’s existance on Feb 1st 2022 and ceased to exist on Oct. 31st 2025. Over the course of 3 years and 9 months, he witnessed many phases of US Trucking industry, specifically inland drayage in East Coast US.
What is our aim?
As friends of Charlie, we would like to share his experiences, his memories and lessons he had learned so far and lessons that we still learn, so maybe we can help a couple of souls who will learn something from here. Well, don’t worry if you still make the same mistakes that we will discuss. It is colmpletely okey, we all just wish you have a lot fun here, reading and maybe sharing your own experiences.
